Ordinary level engineers can supervise demolition with no height and area limits but cannot sign off on buildings.

A qualified engineer can control the height and area without limitations and can demolish without having to ask for permission from the municipality or district office.

The demolition permit is only valid for 1 year from the date specified on the permit but the permit can only be extended once for a total of 2 years.
